• Neptune City Police Make Arrest For Attempted Motor Vehicle Burglary (thecoaster.net) — A 62-year-old Asbury Park resident was arrested in nearby Neptune City after an officer reportedly spotted an attempted motor vehicle burglary on Steiner Avenue shortly after midnight. Police say the man, who allegedly had multiple outstanding warrants, was charged with burglary and taken to Monmouth County Correctional Institution, while residents are urged to lock cars and report suspicious activity.
