Ace Home Services Contractors Facing Fraud, Theft By Deception, Other Charges: Long Beach Township Cops

Long Beach Township police are looking for two men wanted for contractor fraud in connection with a windows replacement project in the township, according to the police department's Facebook page.
Township police charged Richard C. Farrant, - aka Rich Robertson - March 29, 2016 and Richard P. Farrant with theft by deception, fraud, hindering apprehension, failure to display a valid contractor registration number on a contract, failure to provide proper notice of cancellation on a contract and conspiracy.
Richard P. Farrant was also charged as part of the same investigation with theft by deception, impersonation, fraud, hindering apprehension, failure to display a valid contractor registration number on a contract, failure to provide proper notice of cancellation on a contract and conspiracy.

The two men operate Ace Home Services. Richard P. Farrant (aka Rich Robertson) contracted and received a deposit to replace windows at a home in Long Beach Township. After cancelling the contract, the victim notified the Long Beach Township Police. The subsequent investigation by Detective Patrick Mazzella, led to the above charges. Both parties are wanted in relation to these charges. Anybody knowing their whereabouts is asked to contact their local police department or the Long Beach Township Police at 609-494-3322.
