Why do you believe the community leader should be recognized or honored?

She organizes the Meadowedge Social Group in Barnegat, NJ for adults with special needs. She keeps all the members engaged and has truly created a wonderful close knit group of friends that enjoy spending time together whether it be a karaoke night, bingo night, or a planned outside dinner in a private room learning how to make a special meal. She puts her heart into everything she plans and cares deeply about each member's needs and makes sure she plans events that interest everyone.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the community hero?

She puts her heart and soul into the program.
