Big Band Cruise-In At Bayside Chapel Scheduled For Oct. 1
The community is invited for this free event at Bayside Chapel, with a 17-piece orchestra and classic cars, trucks, and motorcycles.
BARNEGAT, NJ — Classic cars, trucks, and motorcycles will cruise into Bayside Chapel in October to the sound of the Brass Tacks Big Band Orchestra.
The church is hosting its Big Band Cruise-In on Oct. 1 from 2-5 p.m., according to the Ocean County Tourism website.
The community is invited for this family-friendly, free event. Food and drinks will be available for purchase. The 17-piece orchestra begins at 3 p.m.

If there is bad weather, the orchestra will play in the auditorium at the chapel.
Children 12 years old and under must be with an adult throughout the event, the church said.

Bayside Chapel will be taking donations for its benevolence fund ministry, benefitting the community. Checks should be made payable to Bayside Chapel with “benevolence” in the memo line.
The chapel is at 965 West Bay Avenue, Barnegat NJ 08005.
