The Barnegat Garden Club will be holding its first meeting of 2012 on March 1st, at 7:00 p.m. at the Cox House, North Main Street, Barnegat. The club is a service organization established in 1988 with a mission to pursue the improvement and beautification of public lands and lands held by other not for profit organizations in Barnegat. The club also strives to provide horticultural education opportunities to the community. We are always looking for new members. There is no fee to join nor is it necessary to have a horticultural background. The club meets the first Thursday of each month from March through December. For additional information, please call 609-698-3788 or email barnegatgardenclub@yahoo.com.
