The Stafford branch of the Ocean County Library is holding the monthly meeting of its Teen Writers’ Guild at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 29th. At the meetings, young writers are invited to discuss writing styles and techniques, share projects that they are working on, and participate in peer review and critique.
