BARNEGAT-MANAHAWKIN, NJ — Welcome to the Aug. 8 edition of Monday Manual, highlighting important and fun events going on this week in Barnegat and Manahawkin.

Aug. 8

The Barnegat Zoning Board meets at 7 p.m. On the agenda is the denial of a use variance for a potential Starbucks.

The Stafford Summer Concert Series continues at Manahawkin Lake Park at 7 p.m. with a performance by Jimmy and Gene.

Aug. 9

From 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., enjoy the Stafford Farmers Market at Heritage Park.

The Stafford Township Council meets at 7 p.m. As of Sunday evening, no agenda has been posted.

Aug. 11

The Kiwanis Club of LBI holds a Flea Market at the Ship Bottom Boat Ramp starting at 8 a.m.

The weekly Barnegat Farmers Market will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 14 Birdsall Street.

CustomBlendBand performs a free concert at Fred Watts Gazebo Park from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Aug. 13

The Barnegat Dock Concert series returns at 7 p.m. with a performance by South on Nine.
