(tapinto.net) — Barnegat families are celebrating five longtime school crossing guards who've each protected local students for more than 20 years, earning special recognition from the Barnegat Township Police Department. As the new school year approaches, officials and residents are thanking McCulley, Hodgdon, Lomicky, Stockley, and Steeb for their daily vigilance, friendly presence, and decades of keeping Barnegat's children safe at busy intersections.
