Shamrocks For The Shore 10/K, 5K Runs Coming Up Soon
Event also features a kid's one-mile run, prizes awarded.
The Southern Ocean Ladies Running Club will hold ”Shamrocks For The Shore,” a 10/K, 5k race on March 13.
The event, formerly known as “Shamrocks for Sandy,” will begin at the Stafford Township Municipal Complex at 260 Bay Avenue in Manahawkin.
The entrance fee for the 10K race is $40. The fee for the 5k race is $25. There will also be a one-mile kid’s race for a $10 fee. All children will receive race medals.

Awards will be given to the top male and female finishers and age group awards in 10-year categories, including 0-12, 12-19, 20-29-30-39-40-49-50-59 and 60 plus.
The kids’ run gets underway at 8 a.m., followed by the 5k and 10K races at 8:30 a.m.
