Barnegat & Waretown Branches of the Ocean County Library will host an engaging presentation on Wed. April 27 and Mon., May 2 @ 6:30 pm.

In an effort to educate teens, parents, professionals and educators retired Lt. Joe Pangaro has created a seminar that will explore the different types of designer drugs, including Synthetic Marijuana, Bath Salts and other analogues.
