β’ Final Approvals Sought For Proposed 20-Unit Berkeley Townhouse Development (patch.com) β Berkeley residents may soon see a 20-unit townhouse complex rise off Sloop Creek Road, as Stonehill at Berkeley seeks final site plan approval in early September. The proposal calls for five two-story buildings with two-bedroom units, a new private road to South Avenue, and zoning board oversight because multifamily housing is not normally permitted at this location.
