Berkeley Library Hosts Spelling Bee For Ages 55+

BERKELEY, NJ — If you've watched the Scripps National Spelling Bee, you know some kids are pretty good at this game. But what about the adults?

The Ocean County Library's Berkeley Branch will hold its first Sterling Silver Spelling Bee at 7 p.m. Thursday. Adults 55 or older can enroll.

The entrance fee is $10, and prizes will be rewarded. To register, go to the Berkeley library and fill out the entrance forms with payment given to library staff.

All proceeds benefit the Friends of the Berkeley Library.
