BERKELEY, NJ — Mayor Carmen Amato was elected for a third term, while three Republican incumbents retained their council seats, according to the unofficial election results.
All winners are projected and unofficial until results are confirmed by the election clerk. Projected winners will be marked in bold once all precincts have reported results.
Key issues in the race include property taxes, bringing businesses into town and quality of life, especially for senior citizens.
