Coastal Ocean Beach Weather Report For July 16, 2016
The ocean temperature has warmed up to 75 degrees, low rip current risk for today.

The National Weather Service is calling for mostly sunny skies with highs in the mid-80s today.
Winds will be from the west at around 5 miles per hour, switching over to the southwest in the afternoon.
The surf will be around three feet, with light swells. The ocean water is 75 degrees. There's a low rip current risk, but strong currents can still occur near near piers, jetties and other areas, especially during low tide.

Swim only in guarded areas and discuss any possible surf zone hazards with them. There is no lightning threat today. The UV index is a 7, which the NWS considers high.
High tide at Barnegat Inlet was at 5:41 a.m. Low tide will arrive at 11:48 a.m., followed by another high tide at 6:04 p.m.
