There's a moderate rip current risk, thunderstorms possible in the evening.

The National Weather Service is calling for mostly sunny skies today, but increasing clouds and a chance of thunderstorms this evening.
The highs will be in the upper 80s. Beach winds will be from the southwest around 10 miles per hour, changing over to south at 20 miles per hour in the afternoon.
The surf will be two to three feet today, with southeast swells around two feet. The surf temperature is 75 degrees.

There's a moderate risk of rip currents today. That means wind or wave conditions can result in stronger or more frequent rip currents. Always have a floatation device with you in the water and swim only in guarded areas.
