We will be offering a 5 week absolute beginners series. Breaking everything down .This is time to start your yoga practice. We will be going through all the basics & at the end of each class taking time to answer any questions you may have.  So if you never tried yoga before now is your chance. Cost is $85.00 . This class will be offered on Sunday mornings Starting October 2nd. 9 to 10:15 . Included in the price you will also be able to take up to 2 additional gentle classes per week.  To Register call or stop by the studio.
