Roadwork Slated For Sections Of Bayview Avenue Over Next Several Weeks

Milling and paving project will mean cars cannot park on sides of roadway.

Residents who live in some sections of Berkeley Shores may have to find someplace else to park their cars overnight while the Ocean County Road Department works on a milling and paving project on Bayview Avenue.

The project will take roughly two weeks and begin at 7 a.m., each day according to the Berkeley Shores Homeowners and Civic Association's newsletter.

The area slated for the work is between Veeder Lane and Bay Boulevard.

"Property access will be limited," the newsletter states. "You may want to make alternate parking arrangements No vehicles can park on the roadside at this time."

Any repairs needed will be taken care of by the area supervisor as soon as the project is completed.
