State DEP Offers Refunds To Campers Forced To Leave After Budget Shutdown
Anyone who camped out or paid for reservations at state parks will receive a refund, state Department of Environmental Protection says.

Did you camp out at any of New Jersey's state parks during the recent budget shutdown? You've got a refund coming if you had to leave.
Credit card reservations will be refunded beginning the week of July 10 and will take two to three weeks to complete. You will be notified when your refund is processed, according to the state Department of Environmental Protection website.
Anyone who paid with cash or checks for reservations should contact the park office where the reservation was placed for more details.
