Two Incidents Of Criminal Mischief Reported On Ray Court
Bedminster Township Police report the blotter for Jan. 4 to 10.

Bedminster, NJ --Bedminster Township Police report incidents that occured between Jan. 4 and 10 in the police blotter.
- Criminal Mischief. On Jan. 5 at 1206 p.m., Bedminster Police responded to 27 Ray Court for a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle. Upon arrival the officer spoke to the complainant who advised that some time overnight someone smashed the plastic center wheel cap on the left rear tire of her vehicle. The complainant also advised on Dec. 30, 2015 someone flatten two of her tires on the same vehicle. One tire had air let out of it and the other had a screw driven into it. The complainant does not believe to have issues with anyone and does not know who could have done the damage.
- Open Container. On Jan. 9 at approximately 12:12 a.m. while on patrol of Route 206 at the intersection of Lamington Road, Bedminster Police observed a dark colored vehicle traveling northbound with its rear registration light out. The officer conducted a motor vehicle stop at Route 206 North and Holland Road. Subsequent to the investigation, Catherine Farley, 19 of Flanders, was issued a motor vehicle summons for 39:3-33 (open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle) and the driver, John Fasitta, 19 of Wycoff, was issued a summons for 39:3-33 (unclear plates).
