• Bloomfield Police Blotter: April 13, 2026 to April 19, 2026 (secaucusnj.net) — Bloomfield police are investigating a week of thefts, shoplifting, and burglaries at local spots including CVS, 7‑Eleven, Marshalls, and several Bloomfield Avenue businesses. Multiple catalytic converter thefts, package thefts, and juvenile shoplifting cases were reported, with all named individuals presumed innocent and several investigations still ongoing.

At Monday’s council meeting, officials praised his consistency, community presence, and strong relationships with neighbors, while Densel thanked Bloomfield for treating him like family.
