BRICK, NJ — A Brick Township municipal court hearing on a summons issued to the owners of a Hendrickson Avenue home was postponed Monday after the defendants did not show up to the hearing, Brick Mayor John G. Ducey said.

The property, at 91 Hendrickson Ave., has been one of the homes cited by neighbors as being used as a dormitory for students attending an unauthorized Orthodox Jewish school for boys at the former Temple Beth Or site on Van Zile Road.

Brick Township code enforcement officials issued a summons to the property's owner, David Gluck, for having more people than the allowable occupancy of the home.
