Nine More Arrested In Ocean County Heroin Rings
Brick man among those nabbed; groups allegedly brought a kilogram of heroin -- 50,000 doses -- into the county each week.

Nine more people have been arrested and four others are wanted on arrest warrants in connection with an onoing investigation into a massive ring responsible for bringing more than a kilogram of heroin per week into Ocean County, Ocean County Prosecutor Joseph Coronato said Thursday.
Those arrested include Toms River man, three people from Seaside Heights, a Brick man, a Berkeley Township man, and an Ocean Gate woman, said Al Della Fave, spokesman for the prosecutor’s office.
The recent arrests are part of the investigation into Operations “Broken Rule” and ”Sin City,” he said.

On April 28, the arrests of 36 individuals on various drug and weapons charges were announced in the case, the result of two cooperative multi-jurisdictional narcotics investigations conducted by the Prosecutor’s Special Operations Group, along with federal, state, county and local law enforcement agencies.

The rings were operating in Union, Ocean, Monmouth and Atlantic counties, as well as Philadelphia, Coronato said, and the investigations alleged that the two heroin networks were responsible for the import of over a kilogram of heroin a week into Ocean County.
A kilogram of heroin equates to approximately 50,000 individual dosage units of heroin, Della Fave said.
Below is a list of those not included in the original release and recently charged or having outstanding arrest warrants issued for their involvement in the Broken Rule/Sin City operation:
ARRESTED
- Damian Arena, aka “D-Block”, 36, of Poe Avenue, Toms River. Conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute over 5 ounces of heroin; bail $150,000, no 10 percent
- Wilfredo Acevado, aka “King June”, 35, of Blaine Avenue, Seaside Heights. Conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute over 5 ounces of heroin; bail $150,000, no 10 percent
- Natefa Andrews, 31, of Dupont Avenue, Seaside Heights. Possession of heroin; released on a summons
- Judith Robinson, 49, of West Chelsea Avenue, Ocean Gate. Possession of heroin; released on a summons
- Robert Brower, 41, of Central Avenue, Seaside Heights. Conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute over 5 ounces of heroin; Bail $150,000, no 10 percent
- Angel Mosley, 30, of Frederick Drive, Berkeley. Conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute over 5 ounces of heroin; bail $150,000, no 10 percent
- Matthew Moore, 32, of Club House Road, Brick. Conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute over 5 ounces of heroin; bail $75,000, no 10 percent
- Alicia Noble, 26, of West Leeds Road, Pleasantville. Conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute over 5 ounces of heroin; bail $150,000, no 10 percent
- Harold Galloway, aka “Just”, 44. Conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute over 5 ounces of heroin, bail $150,000, no 10 percent.

- Amber L. Pomponio, 26, 5-foot-1, 130 pounds. Brown hair, blue eyes. Warrant for conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute over 5 ounces of heroin; bail set at $100,000, no 10 percent; Believed to be in the Toms River area
- Michael K. Harris, 24, 6-foot, 210 pounds, brown hair, brown eyes. Warrant for conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute over 5 ounces of heroin; bail set at $200,000, no 10 percent. Believed to be in the Lakewood area
- Joseph Cruz, aka “Under”, 31, 6-foot-1, 210 pounds, brown hair, brown eyes. Warrant for possession, possession with the intent to distribute, and distribution of over ½ ounce of cocaine and conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute over 5 ounces of heroin; bail set at $300,000, no 10 percent. Believed to be in the Lakewood area and the Philadelphia area
- Oterron D. Bonn, 31, 5-foot-7, 175 pounds, brown hair, brown eyes. Warrant for conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute over 5 ounces of heroin; bail set at $250,000, no 10 percent. Believed to be in the Newark area and the Seaside Heights area
