• Brick Man Killed, Several Others Injured, in Double-Overturn Crash On The I-195 In Jackson (thelakewoodscoop.com) — A 73-year-old Brick man was killed and four other people suffered minor injuries in a double-overturn crash Wednesday night on I-195 in Jackson Township. State Police say the Brick driver lost control of his Ford SUV, which struck two other vehicles and overturned, and the crash remains under investigation.
   

• Brick man indicted in connection to woman's fatal cocaine overdose (app.com) — A 31-year-old Brick man has been indicted on charges including strict liability drug-induced death after a woman's fatal cocaine overdose earlier this year, according to Ocean County prosecutors. Brick police and county investigators linked him to the alleged drug distribution, and he is currently being held in the Ocean County Jail pending the outcome of the case.
