On January 15, 2024, eleven members of the Women’s Club gathered in the Osbornville Church fellowship room to work on projects for our Day of Service. We're proud to report that we were able to accomplish the following:
- Packaged 40 knitted and crocheted dish cloths with detergent that were then donated to food pantries
- Packaged 60 soap sacks with soap that were donated to food pantries
- Made three ‘no-sew’ fleece blankets that were donated to the Children’s Hospital in Toms River
- Collected and bagged 18 pairs to sneakers to be recycled
- Collected dog food and pet supplies that were donated to Jersey Shore Animal Center
- Collected 10 pairs of eyeglasses that were donated to the Lion’s Club
- Collected several bags of clothes and blankets that were donated to those in need. Some of the clothes were placed in your bins in the parking lot at the Osbornville Church and others were donated to Just Believe.
- Donated six bags of non-perishable food were donated to the Osbornville food pantry
