• New Data Center Regulations Approved In Bridgewater Amid Resident Concerns (patch.com) — Bridgewater officials have adopted new regulations for data and hyperscale data centers after residents raised concerns about noise, power use, water demand, and neighborhood impacts, especially near the Greymark redevelopment on Route 22. The ordinance sets definitions and standards for large facilities without automatically permitting them, giving land-use boards clearer rules while leaving room to revise protections as technology and local needs evolve.
