• Somerset County Offers Free Cardboard Drop-Off For New Residents (patch.com) — New Somerset County residents can now drop off extra moving-box cardboard for free at the county's Recycling Center on Polhemus Lane in Bridgewater, weekdays during business hours. The program helps people who have more cardboard than curbside limits allow, making it easier for Bridgewater-area newcomers to recycle responsibly while settling into their homes.
   

• High Street Logistics completes work on solar projects at two buildings in Bridgewater (roi-nj.com) — New community solar installations at 3-5 Finderne Avenue are now delivering 2 megawatts of clean power directly to Bridgewater, expanding access for local low- and moderate-income households. The long-time industrial site's rooftops are now generating enough electricity for about 230 homes a year, cutting emissions and potentially lowering utility bills for participating residents.
