Bridgewater Police Is Hiring New Officers
Applications are being accepted to join the Bridgewater Township Police Department through July 29.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — The Bridgewater Township Police Department is accepting applications for a new officer.
Applications are being accepted now for an entry-level police officer, non- PTC certified through July 29.
A written examination will be held on July 30 at 6 p.m.(registration will begin at 5 p.m.) at the Bridgewater-Raritan High School, 600 Garretson Road, Bridgewater.

Upon successful completion of the written examination, applicants will be invited to take part in the physical fitness assessment.
The physical fitness assessment will be held on Aug. 13 at 6 p.m.(registration will begin at 5 p.m.) at the Bridgewater-Raritan Middle School, 128 Merriwood Road, Bridgewater. Required documents will e sent to applicants for completion prior to PT test.

There are no make-up dates for either test phase.
Starting salary -$53,088 plus $1,500 or $1,200 for a 4-year college degree. Top salary - $132,381.
College reimbursement in law enforcement-related courses of study and College Credit Compensation awarded.
Pitman Schedule/Healthcare upon retirement.
