Bridgewater's Famous Pooch, Chuckie, To Appear At HarvestFest
Chuckie the Chocolate Lab and his owner Amy Jensen will be appearing at HarvestFest in Dunellen on Sunday to promote their new kids' book.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Put your paws in the air as Bridgewater's famous four-legged friend, Chuckie the Chocolate Lab and his owner Amy Jensen, will be appearing at HarvestFest in Dunellen on Sunday to promote their new children's book.
The 8th annual Dunellen HarvestFest will take place in Washington Park off North Washington Avenue on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Bridgewater resident, author and owner of Chuckie, Jensen, began writing in 2018 when she published her first book "Chuckie Makes Mistakes (Sometimes)." She recently penned her second children's book "Chuckie Has A Bellyache".

Both of her books revolve around her beloved 13-year-old Chuckie and his silly antics throughout the day.
Such antics include Jensen's husband feeding Chuckie at 6 a.m. before his run and then when Jensen comes down in the morning the dog will act as though he is starving and didn't eat. So he will get fed twice.

The second book follows that concept.
"If you put the cat food down on the floor, he will help himself and if I come home I will give him a treat, and then he will ask for more treats from my husband," Jensen said. "Chuckie is a goofy guy like that and opportunist. The book is kind of a cute story that kids can relate to."
In the book, "Chuckie Has A Bellyache", Chuckie sees his friends at the park when his stomach is starting to really grumble from all the extra snacks he ate before his walk.
At the upcoming HarvestFest, Jensen will be selling both of the Chuckie books and the new Chuckie stuffed animal. Chuckie will also be there to take photos with his human fans.
