Wellness Campaign to Offer Outdoor Yoga
Township health department is holding Yoga in the Park.

The township is continuing to encourage healthy living as the Mayors Wellness Campaign holds an upcoming Yoga in the Park.
The event will be held at the North Bridge Street Park June 10 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., and will be led by Gurukul Yoga Holistic Center staff members Manju and Prashant Joshi.
The program, also sponsored through the Bridgewater Township Health Department, will help teach the power of yoga and Sun Salutations for sculpting and shaping the body and mind of guests. Participants will have the opportunity to work on improving flexibility, strengh, focus and peace of mind.

All age and abilities are welcome to come.
The program is free, and participants are asked to bring a mat.
