Parent-Child Yoga Sponsored by Caldwell West Caldwell Education Foundation

The Caldwell West Caldwell Education Foundation (CWCEF) in conjunction with The MindfulNest Co. presents a night of yoga for Parents and Children at Grover Cleveland Middle School (GCMS) on Tuesday, April 21 from 6:00 pm - 7: pm.

The Family Yoga Class combines playful poses, music and storytelling to make movement engaging for all ages.  This special class is designed for Children Ages 2-12 and their caregivers. 

Through partner activities and group games, families build strength, flexibility and mindfulness.

The cost for this special Yoga Session is $20 for one adult and one child; additional children are $10 each (please note this is not a drop off event)-

All proceeds to benefit all children in the Caldwell West Caldwell School District. Since its inception in 2005, the CWCEF's mission is to fund educational programs and purchase equipment for classroom use that would not necessarily be available within the district's budget.
