The Caldwell West Caldwell Education Foundation (CWCEF) in conjunction with The MindfulNest Co. presents a night of yoga for Parents and Children at Grover Cleveland Middle School (GCMS) on Tuesday, April 21 from 6:00 pm - 7: pm.The Family Yoga Class combines playful poses, music and storytelling to make movement engaging for all ages.&nbsp; This special class is designed for Children Ages 2-12 and their caregivers.&nbsp; Through partner activities and group games, families build strength, flexibility and mindfulness.The cost for this special Yoga Session is $20 for one adult and one child; additional children are $10 each (please note this is not a drop off event)-Register in person at the door.--Preregistration is not required, but RSVP is requested in order to plan for amount of participants.&nbsp; Please email cwcefinfo@gmail.com,All proceeds to benefit all children in the Caldwell West Caldwell School District. For students in grades 3-5: Learn the basics of biology in a fun and kid-friendly class led by local high school mentors! This three-part series will meet on Saturdays, April 11, 18, and 25 at 1 pm. Register for any or all three. Topics during the series will include DNA &amp; traits/human body, plant life, animals and adaptation. Classes will be held on Saturdays at 1 pm in the library's Quiet Room.&nbsp;Construct DNA with pipe cleaners &amp; beads, play an “alien babies” game to study how dominant &amp; recessive traits are passed down, study plant growth, challenge friends to a human body puzzle race, experiment with camouflaging butterflies, and more!
