Curcio Mirzaian Sirot LLC Adds New Associate

Curcio Mirzaian Sirot LLC has announced that Carly M. Clinton has joined the firm as an associate attorney. She will join the Community Association Law, Real Estate and Litigation Practice Groups.

At her prior firm in New York City, Clinton concentrated her practice on the representation of condominium and homeowners associations and cooperatives, as well as developers of community associations. Her representation spanned a broad range of matters, including general cooperative governance, amendments to governing documents, transition from developer to unit owners and construction defect litigation. Clinton also has substantial experience in community association loan transactions, having gained valuable insight by representing lenders as they financed the development of cooperatives and condominium communities.

She is admitted to the New Jersey and New York state bars, as well as the Southern District of New York and Eastern District of New York. Clinton earned her J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where she served as a law journal editor, and a B.A., magna cum laude, from St. John’s University.
