Residents of Caldwell, West Caldwell and North Caldwell hit the polls on June 4 to decide who will represent their party in November.
CALDWELLS, NJ — Tuesday's Primary Election ended with uncontested races for a town council seats in Caldwell, West Caldwell and North Caldwell, setting the stage for a showdown in November.
