Woodmont Properties Adds Top Talent to Drive its Strategic Growth

Woodmont Properties — a leading owner, developer and manager of multifamily and commercial properties throughout the U.S. announced four appointments to its distinguished team: Kris Bauman as Vice President of Development; Timothy Behrens as Controller; Joseph McFalls as Director of Investments and Capital Markets; and Christine Migliorino as Senior Living Operational Support Specialist. In their new roles at Woodmont, these individuals will drive Woodmont’s ongoing growth and geographic expansion across key real estate platforms including multifamily, luxury senior housing, and industrial.

Kris Bauman joins Woodmont as Vice President of Development, bringing his real estate expertise for the acquisition and approval stages. Bauman, a widely respected development veteran, previously led planning and entitlements efforts for commercial, mixed-use, and multifamily projects throughout the Boston-Washington corridor. Before joining Woodmont, Bauman served as Vice President at Normandy Real Estate Partners, and Senior Vice President at The Gale Company. He received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.

Timothy Behrens joins Woodmont with over 25 years of experience in accounting operations, including a 14 year tenure as Controller at Roseland Residential Trust. Behrens also brings with him an impressive background with notable positions such as Controller at Arctrust, where he oversaw the accounting operations, and Financial Management for publicly-traded REITs, Vornado Realty Trust and AMB Property Corporation (now Prologis). Behrens holds a Master’s of Science in Finance from Suffolk University, and a B.B.A. from Siena College. He is also a member of the Township of Denville Planning Board.

Joseph McFalls joins Woodmont as a seasoned investment strategist, in his new role as Woodmont’s Director of Investments and Capital Markets. McFalls supports the real estate acquisition, disposition, development, and financing initiatives across Woodmont's real estate investment platform. His deep understanding of the industry is pivotal in the analysis of properties that meet and promote Woodmont’s strategic objectives. Previously, McFalls served as Real Estate Council for Toll Brothers, and Real Estate Associate at Blank Rome LLP. He received his MBA and MRE from the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management; his J.D. from Villanova University’s Charles Widger School of Law; and his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.

Christine Migliorino has long been involved in the Senior Living industry, bringing with her years of experience in developing and managing Senior programming. As Senior Living Operational Support Specialist, Migliorino plays a key role in developing operational procedures and implementing new systems for Woodmont’s Senior Living. Her knowledge base and repertoire of skills from her time at Brightview Senior Living, where she worked as an Activity Director, Dementia Neighborhood Director, and Dementia and Activity Trainer, is extensive. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner, and holds a B.B.A from LIM College.
