Grooves Unlimited Dance Studio is a noncompetitive dance studio for children and adults, with classes including Hip-Hop, Jazz, Tap, Zumba, Belly Dance, Yoga, and more. Experienced instructors lead small class sizes through calorie-burning and flexibility-building movements, teaching students grace, poise, and an awareness of their bodies.
