Chatham High School Ranked Nationally, Among Best in NJ

US News & World Report's annual rankings keeps land of the Cougars among the best in the state.

Another month and another strong ranking for Chatham High School.

This time the accolade comes from US News & World Report’s annual list of top high schools – including magnet, charter, and public schools – across the nation.

Chatham High School received the number 13 spot in the state of New Jersey, and was named the 245 school overall in the country.

US News & World Report’s methodology includes college readiness, math proficiency and language arts proficiency. See the full list here.

Chatham was the highest-ranking Morris County school on the list. Nearby Madison High School was the next highest Morris County school on the list, coming in at number 23 in the state.

In 2014, Chatham was named the top public high school in the state by New Jersey Monthly magazine.
