School of Rock is
excited to announce the Best of Season
show at New York City’s famous Highline
Ballroom, on Sunday, February 12, at 11:30AM. Students from the New York
City, Westchester, Tenafly, Chatham, Roslyn, Farmingdale, Port Jefferson, Fairfield
and New Canaan School of Rock
schools will take their best songs from their seasonal shows and bring them to
the Highline to compete for Best Song and Best Overall School.
Steve Augeri, American rock singer best known as
the lead vocalist for the rock group Journey, has been announced as a special
guest judge for the competition. Also joining the School of Rock for the show
is John Joseph, lead singer of the Cro-Mags, who will be featured in a special
performance- singing with the Westchester School of Rock students.
