Local Seniors Treated to Free Dinner, Show

Local senior citizens are invited to a free final dress rehearsal performance of Chatham High School’s production of Metamorphoses on Thursday Nov. 17 at 3:30 p.m. at the CHS auditorium. Immediately following the show, seniors are invited to stay for a complementary dinner. To RSVP for the senior dinner, email christinenewes@verizon.net or call 973-635-0737 by Nov. 10. This clever and imaginative Tony Award-winning play is based on the Greek myths of Ovid and was written and originally directed by Mary Zimmerman. Metamorphoses will open to the public on Friday Nov. 18 and Saturday Nov. 19 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $10 and may be purchased in advance online at http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/20744.
