A heartfelt endorsement for a wonderful lady

I write this letter in strong support and endorsement of Ms. Carolyn Dempsey for the position of Chatham Borough Council. I have known Carolyn for nearly 40 years. During that time I saw her excel as a student in both academics and in many athletic and extra-curricular venues. Carolyn was a leader in our church youth group and I hired her for several summers to work as a Youth Intern in our large congregation. She did an outstanding job!

Through the years, I have watched Carolyn continue to excel: as a talented actress, an entrepreneur, and as a person deeply committed to her family. Most of all, I see in Carolyn a person who cares very deeply about the world in which she lives. From her family, to her circle of relationships, to her community and beyond, Carolyn always strives for the best for all, and does so with a deep sense of compassion and caring.

Carolyn is an extremely intelligent and dedicated person. When she makes a commitment, she gives her all. I would expect her to be the most well-informed, passionate, and compassionate person on the Chatham Borough Council. She will listen to all sides and make decisions which are both well-informed, but also of the best benefit to all people she serves. I have no doubt of that.

I encourage you to consider Carolyn as one who will serve you in this capacity. You will not be disappointed.
