How do you know?

Joseph Treloar says "I write this letter as a concerned member of the Chatham Borough

community and not to promote any particular candidate or party for
Chatham Borough Council. I did not discuss this letter with any
campaign."

You are not promoting a candidate, but you sure are promoting the candidate you do not wish to be elected.

Please let your fellow Borough residents know how you determined that the question you wished to be asked was not asked on an index card that the LWV choose to ignore?
