The Madison Chatham Coalition Hard at Work

Working to prevent and reduce youth substance use and abuse

The Madison Chatham Coalition met for its monthly meeting this week to learn about the value of evaluation and data collection, presented by Kelli Keck from Epiphany Community Services.

The meeting also included a recap of training that some Coalition members attended at the National Coalition Academy in Alabama. Pictured are Coalition members (L-R) Madison Area YMCA Youth & Teen Associate Kiana Cunningham from Branchburg; Rozella Clyde from Chatham; Nancy “Taz” Brower from Chatham and Miranda Cogswell from Chatham participating in an exercise. The Coalition’s mission is to prevent and reduce youth substance use and abuse in the communities of Madison, Chatham Borough and Chatham Township through collaboration, education and community-wide change.

The Madison Chatham Coalition is funded by the Office of National Drug Control Policy and is a collaborative partnership between the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration and Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America.
