Novartis employees spent an afternoon volunteering at the F.M. Kirby Children’s Center of the Madison Area YMCA during their annual Community Partnership Day. The group spread wood chips at the preschool playground, an annual spring project to beautify the school’s grounds. The Y and Novartis have shared the partnership for more than six years.
