The Presbyterian Church of Chatham Township

Hosts New Member Classes this Spring

The Presbyterian Church of Chatham Township (PCCT) invites anyone interested in joining a warm, welcoming church congregation to attend the New Member classes in May. Offered twice a year, the interactive classes are an opportunity to find a place in PCCT’s vibrant congregation and hear about the ways in which the church connects with people in all stages of life. Whether you are interested in an inspiring worship service, making meaningful connections with others, engaging in service opportunities, sharing a love of music, or participating in children’s Church School, PCCT has something for everyone.

Spring New Member classes will be held on two Wednesdays, May 16 and May 23, from 7 – 8:30 p.m., with Reception of New Members on Sunday, June 3 when they will be formally welcomed into the church. New members will be paired with a sponsor to aid in the transition into membership. Childcare will be provided during all classes.

In keeping with PCCT’s vision, “We welcome you to our community as we celebrate the glory of God through faith, fellowship and service,” PCCT welcomes people who are new to the faith, by transfer of church membership, or those who are just looking for a church home. If you would like to make PCCT your church home, please contact Susan Tompson at 973-635-2340 or stompson@pcct-nj.org.
