St. Patrick School Recognizes Students Demonstrating “Fruit of the Spirit: Patience”

Fruit of the Spirit Recognition

St. Patrick School’s spiritual theme this year is “Do something beautiful for God”; the school is committed to honoring a different virtue each month to promote the theme. The virtues of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control comprise the “Fruit of the Spirit”. Patience was the virtue honored for September on Monday, October 2, 2017. Thirteen students selected from Pre-K3 to 8th grade were recognized by the community with a certificate for exemplifying patience through their words and actions. Students who demonstrated that they had indeed done something “beautiful for God” through the virtue of patience had their names added to the “Fruit of the Spirit Tree” located in the Main building hallway for all to see.

Educating students since 1872, Saint Patrick School is rich in tradition and heavily invested in faith and family. Ours is a nurturing, supportive environment that thrives from the contributions of all its members. With the help of faculty, staff and parents, Saint Patrick School is a place where children grow both academically and spiritually.
