Sweet Relief For The Chatham Township Volunteer Fire Department

A local family opened a lemonade stand Saturday to support first responders.

CHATHAM, NJ - The first warm day of spring spouted inspiration for the McDermott family as they set up a lemonade stand on Van Houton Avenue, and donated their proceeds to the Chatham Township Volunteer Fire Department.

Noelle, Jack, Mike, and Maddie McDermott were thanked on social media by the Chatham Township Volunteer Fire Department.

"On behalf of the entire Department we sincerely thank them for their kindness and generosity," they posted on Facebook. "The CTFD is so lucky to have such great community support."
