Tryouts for Madison Area Y Lady Gators Travel Basketball Teams

The Madison Area YMCA will hold free spring tryouts for its Lady Gators Travel Basketball U12 and U14 teams at the Madison Area YMCA Family Center’s basketball gymnasium on Mon., March 11, and Wed., March 13. Grades 4-6: 6:15-7:30 p.m. Grades 7 & 8: 7:30--9:00 p.m. The season will run March 25-June 7. Register online at www.madisonareaymca.orgor at the Y’s Welcome Center.

The teams participate in the Hoop Heaven Super Spring Basketball League. All games will be played at Hoop Heaven in Whippany, NJ or a nearby satellite gym. One game will be played per week; eight games guaranteed during the season.Beginning March 25, practices will be held at Hoop Heaven on Mondays and Wednesdays. Thegame schedule will be announced later in March.
