Flaster Greenberg Welcomes Attorney Samantha J. Fitzpatrick

Philadelphia, PA (December 14, 2021) – Flaster Greenberg is pleased to announce that attorney, Samantha J. Fitzpatrick, has joined the firm as an associate in the Litigation Department, as well as the Bankruptcy, Financial Restructuring and Risk Management Department. Fitzpatrick, who will work in Flaster Greenberg’s Philadelphia office, will assist clients in a wide range of bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters.

In addition to her arrival at the firm, Fitzpatrick was chosen this week as one of seven representatives for the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division (YLD) Executive Committee. Her three-year term will begin on Jan. 1, 2022.

Prior to joining Flaster Greenberg, Fitzpatrick worked at a regional defense litigation firm and also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Carolyn H. Nichols, Superior Court of Pennsylvania and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Elizabeth Jackson, Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, Family Division.

Fitzpatrick obtained her B.A. in French Language & Literature, magna cum laude, from The Lincoln University, the nation’s first degree-granting Historically Black College and University (HBCU). She earned her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. While in law school, Fitzpatrick was selected for the National Trial Team and served as its Chair.
