Cinnaminson Parks and Recreation Tennis Lessons Begin July 8

Ike Johnson returns to teach tennis lessons to township residents. He's taught lessons since 1998.

The Cinnaminson Parks and Recreation Department's tennis lessons for 2014 begin July 8 at the Wood Park tennis courts on Branch Pike, according to the township website.

Ike Johnson will once again provide instruction for Cinnaminson residents. Johnson has been instructing residents since 1998. Several other instructors will also provide their expertise.

Lessons take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays for four weeks, from July 8-July 31. Registration takes place prior to the first session, but residents can also register any time throughout the course of the program.

Lessons last from 9 a.m.-noon. Programs and fee schedule are as follows:

9 a.m.-10 a.m. – ages 9 and under, free

10 a.m.-11 a.m. – ages 10-14, free

11 a.m. to noon – ages 15 to adults, $25, payable to Cinnaminson Township.
