Cinnaminson's Shaun Davilla Picks Up 1 More High School Football Victory

Davilla helped lead the Blue Team to a win in the Adam Taliaferro Classic, according to the Burlington County Times.

GLASSBORO, NJ — Recent Cinnaminson High School graduate Shaun Davilla had one more night to star at the high school football level.

The Pirates’ star connected with Willingboro's Ricardo Patterson on a 60-yard pass for a touchdown in the Blue Team’s 19-7 win over White in the Adam Taliaferro Classic at Rowan University Thursday night.

The play was a wide receiver pass in which Cedar Creek’s Jesse Milza tossed the ball to Davilla, and Davilla delivered it downfield to Patterson, according to the Burlington County Times.

For his career, Davilla threw for 1,806 yards and 22 touchdowns against nine interceptions, according to maxpreps.com. He played football for two years, as a junior and a senior.

As a senior, he led the Pirates to a 7-3 record with an NJSIAA South Jersey Group 2 playoff appearance. As a junior, Davilla led Cinnaminson to a record of 8-2 with a trip to the NJSIAA South Jersey Group II playoffs.

In his last game as a Pirate, Davilla threw three touchdown passes to lead Cinnaminson over Thanksgiving Day rival Delran, 49-17.
