Court Date Set For Cinnaminson Residents Charged In Pennsylvania Drug Ring: Authorities
George and Cynthia Pierson were among 18 people charged in a drug trafficking ring earlier this summer.

Cinnaminson, NJ -- A pair of Cinnaminson residents are due in court next month for their alleged involvement in a multi-million dollar Eastern Pennsylvania drug trafficking ring, according to authorities.
George Pierson, 63, and 59-year-old Cynthia Pierson are due in a Bucks County court for a pre-trial hearing on Oct. 24.
They were among 18 people arrested and charged in the drug ring earlier this summer.
George Pierson is charged with two counts of manufacturing, delivery or possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and one count each of criminal conspiracy, corrupt organizations and criminal use of a communication facility.

Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane alleges the group trafficked cocaine, crystal methamphetamine, heroin, marijuana and prescription pills across the Philadelphia area.

Ring leader Andre Wilson, 37, of Merchantville, traveled from Philadelphia to Los Angeles to organize the transport of the drugs, the Attorney General's office said.
Wilson, who is also accused of laundering $4 million, used UPS and FedEx to ship drugs and monetary proceeds cross country, agents allege.
